Single Screw Pump Installation Requirements

● It is necessary to pay attention to the operation direction of the motor to avoid reversal.

● A section of easily removable pipeline with a length greater than the definition should be installed before use to facilitate the regular replacement of the stator.

● The pipeline needs to be cleaned before installation to avoid foreign matter damaging the stator and rotor leading to clogging.

● The pipeline diameter should match the pump diameter as much as possible.

● The suction pipe should be as short and straight as possible to reduce pressure loss.

● Install the pump below the liquid level if possible to ensure positive suction pressure and prevent cavitation.

Single Screw Pump Use Requirements

● Before starting the progressive cavity pump, the medium to be pumped is injected into the suction chamber of the pump, which can guarantee the lubrication of the rubber stator.

● Remember to prohibit the progressive cavity pump idling, otherwise it will cause damage to the stator, even if idling for a short time.

● If the pump is used in an environment where the medium is freezing, in order to avoid freezing and cracking the pipeline, you can turn out the plug below.
