1.Production introduction of Mixing tank

Mixing tanks come in various sizes and can be used in a wide range of industries. UPT is a manufacturer of stainless steel mixing tanks designed to fit your products and processes. Our mixing tanks start as small as 50 liter but can go up to 10.000 liter or even bigger.

How Mixing Works?

These tanks are designed for liquid mixing which have distinct plumbing lines channelled to and from the unit. When there is a need for liquid ingredients, these components are directly piped to the tank. While liquids are being mixed in consistency, they are transferred into the next stage—a pipeline beneath the tanks. Pipes are easy-to-clean and it can be done by putting water through the permanent pipe. These pipes are vacuum-operated with the help of a control system working at the main part of the mixing tank.

3.Finishing levels

As a standard, UPT ensures a high-finishing level. For some applications, such as in the food industry or even in the pharmaceutical industry, specific requirements are applicable. As a standard, food tanks are produced with an internal roughness of Ra 0.8, but if desired we can also produce tanks with much smoother (and therefore more hygienic) inner walls.
