Maintenance methods of single Screw pump in daily use:
1. During the operation of single Screw pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature by 35C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80C.
2. If any abnormal sound is found in the single Screw pump, stop the pump immediately to check the cause.
3. When the single Screw pump needs to stop using, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
4. The lubricating oil of single Screw pump shall be changed after 100 hours in the first month of operation, and then every 500 hours.
5. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure normal leakage in the packing chamber (preferably in droplets).
6. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace the adjustable pressure oil pump in a timely manner after significant wear.
7. When the single Screw pump is used in cold winter, it is necessary to unscrew the oil drain plug at the lower part of the pump body to drain the medium after it is stopped. Prevent frost cracking.
8. If the single Screw pump is out of service for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, wipe off the oil, coat the rotating parts and joints with grease, and install them properly for maintenance.
9. Check whether the Screw pump, pipeline and joint are loose. Rotate the single Screw pump by hand to see if the single Screw pump is flexible.
10. Add bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the centerline of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.
11. Unscrew the oil drain plug of the single Screw pump body and fill the oil drain (or slurry drain).
12. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the oil outlet pipeline.
13. Inch the motor to see if the rotation direction of the motor is correct.
14. Start the motor. When the single Screw pump operates normally, the ZYB-B adjustable pressure gear pump opens the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After it shows proper pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
15. Try to control the flow and head of the single Screw pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the single Screw pump operates at the highest efficiency point, so as to achieve the maximum energy saving effect.
